Senate Panel Examines Reg Accountability Concerns

The Senate Judiciary Committee recently held a hearing on “Examining the Federal Regulatory System to Improve Accountability, Transparency and Integrity” in which OSHA regulatory matters came up several times in lawmaker comments and witness testimony.
