In Clearing Delay Rule, White House Upholds OSHA Reporting Deadline

The White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has completed review of a draft of OSHA's final rule delaying the initial Dec. 1 compliance date for reporting under the Obama administration's controversial rule updating the agency's worker injury and illness record-keeping regulation with new reporting requirements.
